01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to the 9kelab platform. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and 9kelab as the platform operator ("Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9kelab platform — whether through the website, Android mobile app, iOS app, or any other channel operated by 9kelab — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 9kelab platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a business entity or third party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws or regulations.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information including your full name, email address, phone number, and valid identification details.
• Never having had a previous 9kelab account terminated due to terms violations.

9kelab reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process involves submitting a copy of a valid identification document such as a MyKad or passport. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account.

03 User Account Management

Once your 9kelab account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within that account. This includes all bets placed, financial transactions executed, and communications sent through your account.

You are required to:

• Keep your account password confidential at all times and never share account access with any other party.
• Notify 9kelab immediately through official support channels if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information whenever personal details such as your phone number or email address change.
• Ensure all registered details are valid and verifiable — false information will result in account termination.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

9kelab supports a wide range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page within the platform.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction for investigation.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered under your name.
• 9kelab reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and may take up to the timeframe stated on the platform.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or accounts not registered under your name.

05 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

9kelab offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP rewards programme. All offers are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotion.

The general terms for all bonuses and promotions at 9kelab are as follows:

• Every bonus received must be fulfilled with wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses are only eligible to be credited to accounts that meet the qualifying criteria for the relevant promotion on the date the claim is made.
• Each member is entitled to each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.

• Using multiple accounts or false identities to repeatedly claim bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 9kelab will endeavour to settle bets based on the last recorded state in the system.
• Bets placed during a confirmed technical disruption may be voided and funds returned at 9kelab's discretion.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

07 User Conduct & Restrictions

Use of the 9kelab platform must comply with established conduct guidelines. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets or access the platform automatically.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform for financial gain.
• Opening and managing multiple accounts to accumulate additional bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Collusion between players in games that involve a competitive element between participants.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means for processing through the platform (money laundering).
• Bullying, threatening, or using offensive language toward support agents or other players.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

9kelab reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Account closure request submitted by the member themselves.
• Account inactive for a period exceeding the set limit.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 9kelab customer support. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method once all conditions are met.

09 Privacy and Data Protection
